Nepal: नेपाली कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष और पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेर बहादुर देउबा ने रविवार (23 मार्च, 2025) को कहा कि पूर्व नरेश ज्ञानेंद्र शाह संवैधानिक राजा बनने के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं हैं. नेपाल के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री शेर बहादुर देउबा की ये टिप्पणी ऐसे समय में आई है जब राजतंत्र समर्थक काठमांडू और देश के अन्य हिस्सों में रैलियां आयोजित कर रहे हैं और 2008 में समाप्त की गई 240 वर्ष पुरानी राजशाही को पुनः बहाल करने की मांग कर रहे हैं. राजतंत्र के समर्थक तब से सक्रिय हो गए हैं जब फरवरी में लोकतंत्र दिवस पर पूर्व नरेश ज्ञानेन्द्र शाह ने कहा था कि अब समय आ गया है जब हमें देश की सुरक्षा और एकता के लिए जिम्मेदारी लेनी चाहिए.
'आरपीपी को ज्ञानेंद्र को अपना अध्यक्ष बनाने पर पछतावा होगा' नेपाली कांग्रेस के बागमती प्रांत प्रशिक्षण विभाग द्वारा आयोजित एक कार्यक्रम में देउबा ने सुझाव दिया कि राजतंत्र समर्थक राष्ट्रीय प्रजातंत्र पार्टी (आरपीपी) को पूर्व राजा को अपना अध्यक्ष बनाना चाहिए. पूर्व पीएम देउबा ने कहा, 'भले ही आरपीपी ज्ञानेंद्र को अपना अध्यक्ष बना ले, लेकिन अंततः उसे इसका पछतावा होगा.'
'ज्ञानेंद्र संवैधानिक राजा बनने के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं'&nbsp; उन्होंने कहा, 'यदि पूर्व नरेश राजनीति में शामिल होना चाहते थे, तो वह अपनी पार्टी बना सकते थे.' उन्होंने कहा कि नेपाल में राजशाही लौटने की कोई संभावना नहीं है. उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि ज्ञानेंद्र संवैधानिक राजा बनने के लिए उपयुक्त नहीं हैं.
28 मार्च को काठमांडू में होगा शक्ति प्रदर्शन सत्तारूढ़ नेपाली कांग्रेस पार्टी की ओर से जारी बयान में कहा गया है कि नेपाल की वर्तमान राजनीतिक व्यवस्था में बदलाव की जरूरत नहीं है. नेपाल का संविधान जो लोकतांत्रिक गणराज्य की प्रणाली पर आधारित है, इसे नेपाली लोगों द्वारा चुनी गई संविधान सभा ने तैयार किया था. आगामी 28 मार्च को राजशाही समर्थक और गणतंत्र समर्थक पार्टियां काठमांडू में शक्ति प्रदर्शन करने की योजना बना रही हैं.
